Seeds in the Black Earth

Cassandra Glover
Communications junior Cassandra Glover is excited for her first year on Seeds Literary and Arts Magazine. Having grown up around literature, she's anticipating a great year as a Submissions Staffer, reading and reviewing the pieces that may get put into the publication. She's also the president of Dreyfoos's Book Club, so reading is very familiar to her. With little experience on a publication before, she's excited to learn about what it takes to make a great literary magazine. In the future, she'd like to dual major in History and English at Columbia University, working on The Columbia Review, "the oldest literary magazine in the nation." When she's not reviewing submissions, she's drinking a lot of coffee, reading books, and playing with the cats she fosters. Here at Dreyfoos, she wants to learn new things and get to know the diverse student body
