Cloaked

My piece is an expression of the depersonalization anxiety has on me. It is comparable to a cloak—the way it surrounds me and hides all the nuances of my identity. I got inspired to create this piece when I learned how I am perceived by others who see me when I am anxious and when I am around people who don’t know me well.
