DECEMBER STAFFER OF THE MONTH

Bianca Angelino

Why did you decide to join seeds?

Surface level, my friends were on Seeds, and I really wanted to hang out with them. A little, I guess, deeper, I saw how Muse and Marquee had a lot more promotion than Seeds. Not many people know what Seeds is, so I really wanted to get Seeds' name out there and to continue to promote Seeds in a positive light.

What do you like most about business so far?

I like all the fundraisers that we do, and I like being able to go to all the different classrooms to promote. Selling for Seeds and promoting Seeds is really fun.

What do you enjoy most about being in Seeds?

I enjoy hanging out with my friends and being able to plan our promotional events because I am in the business section. Creating a lot of the events and handling a lot of the fundraisers that we do is really fun.

What are some goals you are proud of accomplishing in seeds?

One, being able to plan and host my own event. I planned and hosted the Jolly Gram decorating event last week, which was really fun. I think that’s one of my biggest accomplishments.

What about communication arts interests you? How does that translate into Seeds?

I got into communications with the main focus of doing creative writing, specifically. I do poetry, and I think being on a publication like Seeds, one that takes artwork from everyone in the school, even as well as poetry, is really important. I know that I like to have my work published, and I know a lot of other people would like to have their work published, and it’s really important to have your work published. So, I think it’s a really nice thing to be able to be a part of a publication that does value the artwork produced here at school.
