NAVEL GAZING

Navel Gazing is a personal investigation on my experience with gender dysphoria and the intense focus on seemingly meaningless features. I was inspired by a friend’s anecdote about testosterone and how it changed the orientation of his belly button. The blues and pinks of each side of the diptych represent stereotypical gender conceptions.
