This piece was inspired by my connection to butterflies. All throughout my life, butterflies have played a significant role in providing me hope and reassurance. This piece is very special because the stickers being used to spell out my name were from my baby album, which had butterflies all over it. I approached this piece from a very care-free, childlike place, so the background could tie into my youth.
